This is from July 25-29, 2001... ahhh the memories :> CHUNDER!!!!
Well, my big plan was to be in Lexington this year in order to attend Breyerfest and NAN with my baby, Kafar Ibn Mordred. He qualified for the North American Nationals in Arabian Costume, and he should be there!
However, things do not always go as planned..... so let's go over a few things:
I am NOT here: |
This is NOT my hotel room: |
...and I will not be putting up any cool fliers like this on my hotel room door ------> *sigh* *sniff sniff* Oh Well. |
Now there ARE a few things still keeping me excited about Breyerfest & NAN 2001,
even tho' I won't be there in person...
That's right... with many thanks to my buddy Alicia I., Kafar Samuel [CM CAF Arabian Colt, all work by Kafar, qualified three times for NAN 2001] is attending NAN via proxy. Kafar Ibn Mordred won't be there, but his son Samuel will be! A thousand thank you's to Alicia for taking Kafar Samuel to Kentucky for me!!!

WOMBAT CHUNDER!!!
LUCKY 7 CHUNDER! Virtual Breyerfest III was quite a success - many thanks to Chris and to Deb at Lucky 7 for all the great prizes during the trivia contest. I'm exhausted!
So.... I am not in Lexington. But my horse Kafar Samuel is. And I have lots of friends who will be there [good luck all of you!] and other friends who won't. Somehow we can all share a Breyerfest experience together... Thank you in advance to all the folks who update NAN results, upload photos for our viewing pleasure and send email reports on various model horse events in Lexington!
Crank up the heat... make a dinner of barely edible food. Burn yourself in the sun, don't get enough sleep, slap some hand lettered signs around your house or apartment and spend too much money on SOMETHING. Hey... go a little wild. It's Virtual Breyerfest. :)
WE HAVE A WINNER!
